Shipping & Returns

All returns must be within 15 days of purchase. In order to return an item you must contact us and request a return authorization number. This number must be included with the return for us to accept it. If the number is not present we will refuse to accept the return.

Returns must include all items from the original package. If items are missing you will receive an incomplete refund.

If returning an item accompanied by an authorization code the package must be postmarked within 15 business days of receipt of the package.

RightTag Inc. accepts no liability for the use, misuse or handling of any product upon purchase. The customer assumes all liability. RightTag Inc. will not be held responsible for the product once it is shipped.

We ship most orders via FedEx Express or FedEx Ground. If you have need of expedited shipping please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Orders require at least 48 hours processing time.

Orders received after 3 PM (Monday - Friday) will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipments - Shipments within the continental United States will be shipped by FedEx Express or FedEx ground unless otherwise specified.

International Customers - Please contact us using our contact form for a shipping quote before ordering.
